Gassia Gerges

Founding Partner

Gassia has nearly 20 years of IT staffing sales and recruiting experience. Prior to starting 1Link Technology, Gassia was a Partner with an enterprise-level firm where she was nationally ranked in the top 1% of producers for 9 consecutive years.  Under Gassia’s leadership, 1Link Technology grew by over 2000% between 2016 and 2018.  In 2019, 1Link was named one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the U.S. by Inc.5000 Magazine at #182 and #518 in 2020.

Gassia grew-up in Central California where she received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University.  Following the completion of her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, Gassia began her IT staffing career and has never looked back.  Her greatest professional passion is coming through for her clients through her obsession with excellence in all aspects of her practice including in the unrivaled customer service provided to all who do business with her.

In her free time, Gassia enjoys catching-up on her sleep, running and cycling, and spending time with her nephews and nieces who live in Central Virginia.
